Harry Frank Scolinos is the founding partner of Scolinos, Sheldon & Nevell. He is a trial lawyer who has represented plaintiffs in serious injury cases for over 35 years. He has tried over 100 civil cases to verdict, judgment or binding arbitration award and is a member of the multi million dollar advocates forum.

Mr. Scolinos and his wife Connie have been married for over 40 years and have 5 children and 11 grandchildren. He graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1966. He then served as an officer in the United States Army where he was awarded the Bronze Star Vietnam Congressional Medal and then worked for a United States intelligence agency. Thereafter, he attended Whittier College School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1974.

Mr. Scolinos has served on the State Bar of California - Tort Litigation subcommittee, Los Angeles County Bar Association- Tort Law Section, Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court, American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Mr. Scolinos has served on the board of directors of The Braille Institute, Youth for Christ, Door of Hope, Walter Hoving Home and Lake Avenue Congregational Church. He was a major party candidate for a seat in the United States Congress in 2004 in the district serving the Pasadena area.
